Meow Cosmetics- Lost Rainforest Collection

Purchased/Photo Heavy

Hi Everyone!

I have been wanting this collection for a while! I finally purchased this from someone a few weeks ago, so I did not purchase directly from the website. I made a purchase a few months ago from Meow Cosmetics and didn't run into any issues at all, so I'm going to assume everything is running smoothly still.

The Lost Rainforest collection is a seasonal collection from Meow, so if you'd like anything, get it while you still can! All of the colors applied great! No patchiness or dragging and they're very pigmented!

All are swatched over Glamour Doll Eyes Foil Me!

Pitcher Plant- "fun and spirited this bright green has a pearly texture and golden sheen"

Lost- "mysterious deepsea blue twinkling with rainbow iridescence"

Mantis- "clear and bright this complex blue rubs down to reveal aqua and gold iridescence "

Macaw-"liquid sunshine! This molten yellow with pearlized golden sheen is truly a treasure!"

Kinkajou- "rich bark bronze shining with copper iridescence"

Toucan- " as lively and fun as it's namesake, this brilliant ruby pink is emblazoned with red iridescence and gold fire"

Jambu Fruit Dove- "neutral rosy peach with hints of taupe and gold iridescence "

Siren- "saucy and sassy purplish mauve with golden iridescence"

Boa- "dark charcoal with gold iridescence"

Torch- "like the muted embers of a fire, this golden peach delights with red and gold fire and sheen"

Poison Dart Frog- "gorgeous bright sky blue glistening with luminous blue and gold sheen"

Spider Monkey- "warm bronzed golden brown with copper and golden iridescent sheen"

 Tropical- "bright juicy intense lime"

Mayantu- "named for the mythical creature that is said reside deep in the Amazon Rainforest, this smoky blue gleams with gold and blue iridescence!"

Amazon- "deep forest green with gold iridescence"

Bromeliad-"luminous vivid coral with multi hued iridescence"

Piranha- "gleaming teal with aqua iridescence"

Iaru- "the mystical half dolphin/half woman of the Amazon : this brilliant blue with blue iridescent sheen does her justice!"

Nabau- "Legend has it that this 100 foot long snake has terrorized the tribes of the Amazon for generations!  We don't know if it's true but we're sure you'll love this rich mysterious purple with blue sheen and iridescent flash!"

Tribal- "ambiguous and muted this amethyst gem gleams with gold iridescent fire"

Canopy- "medium golden green sunkissed with light metallic yellow sheen"

Expedition- "golden bark-brown with gold luminescence"

Waterfall- "as deep dark blue as falling water, with brilliant gold fire"

Endangered- "medium rose tinged amethyst with red and gold iridescence"

Monsoon- "denim blue with aqua iridescence "

I'm in love with Iaru, Jambu Fruit Dove, Boa, Siren and Mayantu. Iaru looks like it could be a possible dupe for Grandma Cleavage from My Pretty Zombie, so I'll have to compare. Poison Dart Frog also looks similar to Melancholy by Glamour Doll Eyes. I'll compare the two soon.

You can purchase all of these colors HERE.

  1. These are gorgeous! Meow has such a massive catalogue I often overlook their eyeshadows. I have a sample of Toucan but I wish I had ordered Mayantu as well!
